At Bournemouth-based Excelsior Coaches, we are taking our operations a step closer to being paperless - by issuing all our drivers with smart devices.
We are keen to further improve our services, and equipping our driving team with more efficient ways to carry out their work is a vital part of that.
“Our aim, always, is to continue providing class-leading services,” said Excelsior general manager, Adam Keen. “These new devices, which dock into our coaches for hands-free operation, allow us to do just that.
“Drivers can complete a number of tasks - including their first-use vehicle checks on an app, rather than having to fill in a physical form. They are also be able to pay for parking via their smart devices. We’re pleased to be heading towards an end to pen and paper - and that can only be a good thing for the efficiency and quality of our services.”
