What a wonderful driver Chris was....everything went exactly to plan, and we were at the venue with time to spare.

We just wanted to express our thanks for the driver...he was amazing, nothing was too much trouble and he made the journey so much easier for my teachers, they all thought he was wonderful!

Rail replacement is challenging work at times, the customer experience is already on the back foot as the coach transfer can be deemed a hassle before anyone has boarded. Thank you Brandon for making this customers experience on our Excelsior Coach a positive experience.

I travelled on an Excelsior Coach yesterday and was very impressed by the coach and driver. It makes a change to have a chirpy, friendly driver and I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the coach.
