As company, we feel it is essential to reward our colleagues for their hard work and efforts in making Excelsior and Damory the success that they are today. As a customer, you get the opportunity to not only nominate who you feel should be in with a chance of winning our prestigious quarterly employee awards, Dorset Distinction, but you yourself could win a prize of free travel for doing so!

Here’s how it works...

Did you receive excellent customer service while travelling with Excelsior or Damory? If so, simply complete this short nomination form with as much detail about your experience as possible. Once you click 'finish', your nomination will be put forward to be considered against all of our colleagues that received a nomination this quarter.

What does it mean to our colleagues to be crowned dorset distinction?

The winner will receive:

• A personalised winner's certificate
• £50 worth of Love2Shop vouchers
• Article on our internal colleague app and social media promotion
• Photo displayed on the depot Dorset Distinction winners wall of fame
• An invitation to the company annual awards ceremony
